An Office Piquing Curiosity

A flow line plan accommodating infinite migration and embodying the trajectory since the company’s founding; much like the evolution process of the planet and the human race. DRAFT’s aim for Legaseed’s new office was to create value for the people visiting it by incorporating an abundance of elements stimulating people’s senses and piquing their curiosity.

In story terms, the entrance is like the prologue. To symbolize that this is where the adventure begins, the entrance is surrounded in wall paintings of caves from ancient times. The brightly-lit open space inspired by an oasis is an expansive place of relaxation featuring a skeleton ceiling. Lighting with adjustable color temperature was adopted with the aim of enabling the people using this space to freely alter its ambience.

The office is contemporary and stylish. Intentionally designed to be non-uniform, transition has been expressed in stages and planned to ultimately achieve harmony. DRAFT has also incorporated elements such as hidden doors, grass, and cockpits to ensure each meeting room can be enjoyed in individual settings. A gate evoking the future and growth is featured at the finish as an expression of Legaseed’s infinite potential.

With the aim to build a global business transcending nations and industries, the company embarked on a project to relocate and expand its head office to a floor high up in Shibuya Scramble Square.
