ok I seriously cannot sleep because my mind keeps on wandering to stupid shit that happened earlier this night and idk maybe getting it out in the open will help or something

basically my parents were ordering some food from a restaurant. I wanted a turkey sandwich, and the closest thing that they have that I want is their turkey club, but it's got some extra stuff on there that I don't want, so I figure "just order that and tell them to leave off the bacon/tomato/etc". dad finds this too complicated, and tells me that he is just going to order a custom turkey sandwich with swiss and mayo, even though this is not on the menu at all. I kind of side-eye this, but decide to go along rather than argue.

fast forward to them bringing the food home. I open up my sandwich, and, unsurprisingly, they have royally fucked up the order (they gave me some sort of turkey/avocado/brown shit abomination). I tell dad that they screwed it up and say something to the effect of "if you had ordered the turkey club like I'd asked this wouldn't have happened"

cue him getting about an inch from my face and SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS AT ME.

I don't fully remember what happened next, but I remember screaming back at him something like "where the fuck do you get off [screaming in my face]". (I'm still kind of proud of myself for actually being able to stand up to him for once, but that's neither here or there)

mom comes down, yells at dad, tells him his behavior is unacceptable etc etc

and then, here's the kicker -- she starts telling me that the only reason he did it is because I can just be so annoying at times, hdu talk back to your father like that, this is his house, and don't you owe him an apology too??????

okay so I got a memory stick for my birthday from my cousin. 8 gigs, more than enough to put a few ps1 games on there. a few days ago I did exactly this, and went on my merry way. fast-forward to today, and my other memory stick is nowhere to be found.

not the 8GB one, mind you -- my main one with all my save files on it

I'll look for it tomorrow when I can make noise and tear apart my room, but considering I last saw it on my filthy, cluttered desk? things are looking pretty grim

persona 3 portable is an awesome game and you should play it because it will make you awesome by proxy
after 3 years of not playing, I am apparently playing world of warcraft again???? idk it's a lot more relaxing this time around, what with the lack of teen angst and dungeon pressure. if anyone's interested (which would probably be the 3 or so other people on my flist who also play wow), I'm on Korialstrasz alliance side as either Tionysus or Lorenta (I have altitis ok). also I am more than willing to roll alts (especially horde alts) on other servers.

ok so I went to victoria's secret last week to get a strapless bra (actually one of those seven way bras, but it's probably going to function mostly as a strapless), and my usual 36B didn't fit. I asked the lady if they had any 38Bs, and she told me that I looked more like a C. she measured me, and sure enough, ~I am a C cup~, which means I am officially Not Flat. THIS IS IMPORTANT AND AWESOME OK
barring some horrible catastrophe, relares and I are going to Otakon next year!! is it sad that I am already scoping out restaurants to eat at? it's probably sad.

but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that I am just not happy with being in this class and that I really want to drop, and I'd only be asking to receive "yes" answers so I'd feel somewhat justified in doing so

so I think I'll just cut out the middleman bullshit and just drop it and try again during the fall
