Hi, I'm Remco.

Most people know me as Dougley. I'm a software engineer in the Netherlands who gets unreasonably excited about fast websites and interfaces that just make sense.

How I work

I think about the person using it. Code is a means to an end. The end is someone having a good time.
I ship, then iterate. Done beats perfect. I'd rather fix real problems than imaginary ones.
I sweat the details. Load times, error states, edge cases. The stuff that separates "fine" from "nice."
