Is there a 64 bit version, not emulated?

Want to install it on my PC as Firefox keeps crashing. Have Dolphin on my phone and tablet and love it, but cannot find the link. I don't want this other thing that goes with Bluestacks.

Need to install it on my PC but it needs minimum 2GB RAM. I'm trying to get my bookmarks over to my Android Nexus 10. But no joy.
