What is Split Pay Plugin?#
Split Pay Plugin is a WooCommerce extension that lets you automatically divide incoming payments and route funds to one or more connected Stripe accounts. It uses Stripe's Connect Transfers API under the hood, meaning your store processes the payment as the platform, Stripe deducts its fees, and then the plugin creates transfers to the connected accounts you've configured.
In practical terms: a customer pays your store, and Split Pay handles sending the right amount to the right people — no manual calculations, no spreadsheets, no delayed payouts.
Who is it for?#
Split Pay is designed for any WooCommerce store that needs to share revenue with other parties. Common use cases include:

How does it work?#
The plugin builds on three components that work together:
- WooCommerce handles the storefront, cart, and checkout experience.
- WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway processes the payment through Stripe, creating a charge on your platform's Stripe account.
- Split Pay Plugin listens for successful payments and creates Stripe Transfers from your platform balance to the connected accounts you've configured.
You configure transfer rules at either the global level (one rule for every product) or the product level (unique rules per product). Transfer amounts can be a fixed dollar amount, a percentage of the line item total, or the remainder after your commission. The plugin also supports transferring shipping fees, handling coupons, managing taxes, and much more.
Free & Pro versions available. The free version on WordPress.org supports global transfers to a single connected account. The Pro version unlocks product-level transfers, multiple connected accounts, variable product support, shipping transfers, and more.
