The AutoRefund API endpoint allows partners to request refunds for eligible Sectigo orders by submitting a secure POST request with the order number and a refund reason code.

The AutoRefund API endpoint supports refunds for SiteLock products and Single‑Domain or Wildcard SSL/TLS certificates only. Refund requests can be submitted only during the applicable refund period. Multi‑Domain (SAN) SSL/TLS certificates are not supported and must be refunded by submitting a support ticket.
