Anchor’s offset
Background: The tilemap’s original anchor is the center of the bottom-left tile.
This offset is used to translate the tilemap to the given anchor.
For instance a TilemapAnchor::None has an offset of Vec2::ZERO since
it applies no translation, while a TilemapAnchor::BottomLeft has an
offset of Vec2::new(-grid_size.x, -grid_size.y) / 2.0 to move
the anchor from the center of the bottom-left tile to the bottom-left of
the tile and the tilemap.
