The Silvuple SaaS – Online Invitation Maker WordPress plugin offers seamless invitation management, enabling users to effortlessly send, configure, and manage event invitations through a user-friendly interface.
The Regular License should be purchased if a site owner does not have plans to receive subscription payments from paying customers (a personal RSVP invitation website).
The Extended License contains the module that enables the payment packages and features. Site owners can monetize the SaaS by using any available payment method only if an extended license is acquired.

Before you attempt to install or purchase the SaaS, kindly ensure that your server fulfills the following requirements.

Silvuple SaaS also contain the pricing component. The SaaS can bundle unlimited types/number of pricing packages and the features/benefits are configurable for every single pricing package.
The first step is to go to your WooCommerce Products Dashboard. The current packages can be filtered by using the "Filter by product type" dropdown:
To add a new product/package use the Add new button:
The required details of a Subscription product are: Title, Price, Photo, Catalog visibility, Product Type and the Pricing Plan tab.
*Catalog Visibility is recommended in case you also have an active webshop and don't want to list the product packages along with your other products. The products will only be listed on the pricing panel/shortcode.
* The Validity field can be left as is it or set for example a number of days (30). When the package ends, the user benefits from the package will be blocked until a renewal payment.
Each Pricing package can contain one or more (or all) benefits from the list. Carefully build and set the pricing of your packages. You can also create FREE product pricing packages for testing purpose (Trial).

Silvuple SaaS is based on WooCommerce. A popular e-commerce platform, offers several payment methods that you can integrate into your online store. Here are some of the common payment methods supported by WooCommerce:

Silvuple SaaS comes with +10 different elements to include into the reservation. Make your legendar RSVP with endless possibilities and information.
Add a title to the reservation, the Heading Primary is similar to a H1.
The headings can be simply added by using the "Quick Add" button.
Add a subtitle to the reservation, the Heading Secondary is similar to a H2 or H3.
Add line of text to the RSVP form, the element is similar to a paragraph and will take the defaults of the theme if the typography is not set.
Add a call-to-action link with a phone number attached to it.
The Saas Plugin is compatible with Contact Form, just add the ID of the form and include it in the reservation form.
Include spaces between different sections of the RSVP form, where the height can be set differently.
Select from two types of buttons, redirect to a custom link or call-to-action to send as an email.
Include an image anywhere on the RSVP form, where you can control the height of the image.
Create a clear distinction or break between different parts or components of the content within that section. The border is fully customisable to match it with your design.
Silvuple SaaS contains 3 different template styles that can be used on any of the custom invitations. The template variants will be applied on the current reservation form and includes a Split-screen, Simple Card or an Unfolded layout.
Silvuple SaaS provides 20+ different pre-made page skins (templates). The skins can be imported by using the 'Start from a template' button. If you want to see a video tutorial click here to skip reading.
The 'Start from a template' button will open a popup containing all the available skin templates from your purchased plan. If your plan doesn't contain any templates, then the skin templates will be unavailable for you and in this case you should upgrade your plan.
Starting with Silvuple SaaS v1.3, we've introduced Custom Templates. Custom Templates are a way to provide more creativity for your clients by adding unlimited number of created templates on the import popup.
1. Build some bio link pages as you wish. These will be used (by choice) by users when starting new RSVP pages from a template.
2. Administrator's Only: Go to Silvuple SaaS -> Settings -> Custom Import Templates option.
- By default there will be a 'Template 1' to be used to insert the first template. Toggle by using the dropdown icon:
- Click the Search icon to toggle the search popup (of existing RSVP pages). Then search for an invitation and select it.
- The RSVP field will be automatically filled (DO not edit it manually) and also upload a photo.
- When creating a new RSVP template, clients will see the new custom template at the end of the premade templates list.
An import key element from an online invitation is the Timeline section. Set a timeline to the entire event with informations about the date, hour and location with unlimited rows.
Silvuple SaaS takes SEO into consideration. We've introduced some core features in the first release and more options are on our roadmap.
