QRMenu WordPress SaaS is a specialized online menu Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed for businesses in the hospitality and foodservice industry, specifically tailored for use with WordPress websites. Before you attempt to install or purchase the SaaS, kindly ensure that your server fulfills the following requirements.

• Log into your WordPress dashboard
• Navigate to Plugins > Add New
• Click on the "Upload Plugin" button and select QRMenu-saas.zip
• Click Install Now
• Click Activate

QRMenu Saas contains a large variety of features to create your Digtial Menu, such as info about your restaurant, categories and dishes that you serve

With QRMenu Saas you can add general information about your restaurant, such as name, description, payment methods or delivery options. You can find all of this in "Restaurant" Tab.

With QRMenu Saas you can change color of your background, add a background image and change color of page accents such as buttons color. You can check our tutorial about general settings to view how to change color on your digital menu.

QRMenu SaaS can be used with any WordPress theme. However we do recommend the optimised and light-weight dedicated theme - QRMenu Theme. We do provide the theme for free for those who purchases an extedend license.

Fullscreen User Dashboard

We introduced a whole new user dashboard, with an improved UX and new UI elements. The main changes are:

1. Sidebar navigation that can be toggled to have more space for the Bio links builder.
2. Moved the Logout link on the bottom of the sidebar navigation.
3. New Quick Links for an enhanced user experience on the SaaS.
4. Statistics for pages, pageviews and account benefits.

To get the new fullscreen user dashboard style you have to use the QRMenu Theme. Make sure to upgrade your Horeca Theme to version 1.5. *To get the Horeca SaaS theme you have to unlock it here

Redesigned Login/Register pages

Starting with QRMenu SaaS v1.7 and Horeca theme v1.5 a brand new login & register page was introduced.

To get the new login/register style you have to use the Horeca Theme. Make sure to upgrade your Theme Theme to version 1.5. *To get the Horeca SaaS theme you have to unlock it here

QRMenu SaaS also contain the pricing component. The SaaS can bundle unlimited types/number of pricing packages and the features/benefits are configurable for every single pricing package.

Create Packages:

The first step is to go to your WooCommerce Products Dashboard. The current packages can be filtered by using the "Filter by product type" dropdown:

To add a new product/package use the Add new button:

The required details of a Subscription product are: Title, Price, Photo, Catalog visibility, Product Type and the Pricing Plan tab.

*Catalog Visibility is recommended in case you also have an active webshop and don't want to list the product packages along with your other products. The products will only be listed on the pricing panel/shortcode.

* The Validity field can be left as is it or set for example a number of days (30). When the package ends, the user benefits from the package will be blocked until a renewal payment.

Each Pricing package can contain one or more (or all) benefits from the list. Carefully build and set the pricing of your packages. You can also create FREE product pricing packages for testing purpose (Trial).

Purchasing Packages:

Users can see the available pricing packages and the active subscriptions on the WooCommerce User Account -> Pricing Plan tab

Payment Methods:

QRMenu SaaS is based on WooCommerce. A popular e-commerce platform, offers several payment methods that you can integrate into your online store. Here are some of the common payment methods supported by WooCommerce:

QRMenu SaaS contains 3 different template styles that can be used on any of the digital menus.

QRMenu SaaS provides 9+ different pre-made page skins (templates). More will be added in future updates.

Custom Templates

Starting with QRMenu SaaS v1.8, we've introduced Custom Templates. Custom Templates are a way to provide more creativity for your clients by adding unlimited number of created templates on the import popup.

How to add custom templates?

1. Build some menu pages as you wish. These will be used (by choice) by users when starting new Menu pages from a template.

2. Administrator's Only: Go to QRMenu SaaS -> Settings -> Custom Import Templates option.

- By default there will be a 'Template 1' to be used to insert the first template. Toggle by using the dropdown icon:

- Click the Search icon to toggle the search popup (of existing Menu pages). Then search for an menu and select it.

- The Menu field will be automatically filled (DO not edit it manually) and also upload a photo.

- When creating a new Menu template, clients will see the new custom template at the end of the premade templates list.

The Social Icon Links are a set of links grouped in a more optimized and user friendly way (easier to recognize).

QRMenu SaaS takes SEO into consideration. We've introduced some core features in the first release and more options are on our roadmap.

QRMenu SaaS is compatible with a vast list of free and premium adddons (WordPress Plugins).
