In addition, we have several short Tech Notes that give step-by-step instructions for FlowJo platforms and features.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Boolean Gates\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/graphs-and-gating\/advanced-gates\/ws-boolean\/\">Boolean Gates<\/a>:\u00a0Combine data from existing subpopulations into a gate with your choice of Boolean properties: And, Or, And Not, Or Not.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Cell Cycle\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/experiment-based-platforms\/cell-cycle\/\">Cell Cycle Analysis<\/a>: The Cell Cycle platform provides a model-based approach to analyzing DNA\/Cell cycle data.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Compensation\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/workspaces-and-samples\/\">Compensation<\/a>:\u00a0 The compensation platform allows for post-acquisition compensation using the traditional approach, spectral compensation, or either one ameliorated with AutoSpill.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Derived Parameters Overview\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/experiment-based-platforms\/plat-derived-overview\/\">Derived Parameters<\/a>:\u00a0 Derived parameters create a new parameter from any existing parameters in the data file.\u00a0 Example use cases include a ratio of two parameters, the difference between two parameters, or scaling a parameter.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Graph Window Movies\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/graphs-and-gating\/gw-overview\/gw-movies\/\">Movies<\/a>: The Movie platform allows you to view your data dynamically.\u00a0 Generate graphs as a function of time or any third parameter. \u00a0This unique visualization lets you uncover subtle relationships in your data that would be impossible to see otherwise.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Plate Editor\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/experiment-based-platforms\/plate-editor\/\">Plate Editor<\/a>:\u00a0The Plate Editor Tool allows you to add metadata to <a title=\"Metadata Annotation\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/experiment-based-platforms\/plate-editor\/plat-plate-overview\/\">annotate<\/a> FCS files and <a title=\"Visualizing Plate-based Data\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/experiment-based-platforms\/plate-editor\/visualizing-plate-based-data\/\">visualize data<\/a> from your plate-based assays.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Kinetics\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/experiment-based-platforms\/kinetics\/\">Kinetics<\/a>: The Kinetics platform is used to create models of changes in an individual sample across the collection time.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Proliferation\" href=\"http:\/\/\/sethduncan2.wpcomstaging.com\/experiment-based-platforms\/proliferation\/\">Proliferation<\/a>: The Proliferation platform allows users to quantify many different common types of proliferation assays which look at cell division over time.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Population Comparison\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.flowjo.com\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=13238&amp;action=edit\">Population Comparison<\/a>: The Population Comparison platform is a tool used to assess statistical differences in populations between files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- placeholder --><\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FlowJo has several analysis platforms that provide capabilities beyond the gating and statistics used for most simple data analysis.\u00a0\u00a0 Workspaces and Demo Data are provided for several of FlowJo&#8217;s platforms so that you can try out these features yourself .
