K.R. Great face and nice body.

I've known him for a few years. Since I started talking to him he's always wanted to go out and hasn't been afraid to tell me what he wants to do to me sexually. I never took him up on the offer seeing as though he had a girl, and she had his child. He recently had another kid with her, he's a few months old.

I cried when I went to see Forrest Gump, and Bubba died and during The Hurricane when Rubin was talking to Lesra before his trial...you know that hate brought me in here and love's gonna bust me out scene....so twice. This movie right here...had me bawling at the end...please watch it. It's on HBO on Demand:

Man Held Without Bail In Killing Of Police Detective

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) -- A man who allegedly shot a detective to death inside police headquarters was ordered held without bail Monday on a murder charge.

Esteban Carpio, 26, did not enter a plea in Providence District Court to a charge that he killed Det. James Allen Sunday inside police headquarters as Allen interviewed him about his possible involvement in the stabbing of an 84-year-old woman.

Police said Carpio, who was not handcuffed, got hold of Allen's gun, shot him, broke a third floor window and jumped out. He was captured after a struggle a few blocks away, police said.

Carpio, his face badly swollen and disfigured from bruises, appeared in court on Monday wearing a white mask that obscured the bottom half of his face. Authorities said Carpio had injured his leg, arm and head in the fall from the third-floor window, and had violently struggled as police took him into custody.

As he was brought into the courtroom, hands and legs shackled and held by several officers, his mother and another woman began wailing. One yelled, "Oh my God, look what they did to him." Sherrifs wrestled both women from the seats and out of the courtroom as they screamed about a coverup and police brutality.

A third woman remained in the courtroom, hands over her mouth, rocking in her seat. After the arraignment she yelled, "I love you, baby," at Carpio.

Carpio nodded his head to respond to questions during his arraignment, but did not speak, except to say "I love you, Mom," as he was led out of the courtroom.

The single charge of murder carries a maximum sentence of life in prison without parole because it involves the alleged killing of an on-duty police officer, according to Providence police. The case will now go to a grand jury.

Police Chief Dean Esserman on Sunday would not say how Carpio managed to get Allen's weapon, and would not discuss other details leading up to the shooting. He also would not discuss the protocols for carrying weapons inside police headquarters or for interviewing potential suspects, and would not say if there were witnesses.

Police planned a news conference Monday afternoon to discuss the case.

Carpio had recently been experiencing mental problems, family said outside court on Monday.

"He needed help and we couldn't get it and we tried and tried," said Dolores Irish, who identified herself as Carpio's aunt. "He didn't deserve this. He's a victim just as much as anybody else in this."

A man who identified himself as Carpio's uncle but would not give his name said the family had tried to get Carpio psychiatric help. The uncle said Carpio recently had been admitted to then released from several facilities.

The uncle said the family was sorry for what had happened, and also said it was clear from Carpio's injuries Monday that he had "obviously been beaten very badly."

Allen, 50, of Johnston, was married and had two daughters, and had been a police officer for 27 years.

"Jimmy Allen passed in the noblest way possible. He gave his life trying to make our lives safer," said Mayor David Cicilline. "He died a hero."

Deputy Police Chief Paul Kennedy said Allen was an experienced investigator and one of the department's longest-serving detectives. His father is retired Providence police Capt. Lloyd Allen.

My mother won tickets to see John Legend at Oxygen as well, so we planned on going together. The day that we won she asked what coat I would be wearing to the show, and when I told her which coat I would be wearing she said that she wasn't going to the show because she was going to wear the same coat and she didn't want to be "twins". I thought that she was kidding when she said this, she wasn't. This morning she asks me what time I would be leaving for the show, because she's driving, and I told her and then asked her if she was going and she said no because I was wearing the same coat that she was. Now in my mind that is the DUMBEST shit I've ever heard, but after speaking with a friend she said that my mother probably just didn't want to go. I'm really hope that is the case, because if it isn't she's just the biggest jackass in the world.

Yesterday at work Sho Nuff came down to see me. This guy is so attractive, and sexy but honey's hair was looking a chitty mess. I was embarrassed for him, and Sho Nuff's picture kept on flashing when he was speaking to me.

Long day ahead for me, I have to go to the DMV, claim my prize, go to Target, doctor's appointment, and more. I wish there were more hours in the day.

So the NY Daily News has a contest called Scratch n' Match that comes with the Sunday paper. I didn't know that my parents even brought the paper because they usually put the Scratch n' Match tickets on the refrigerator. So when I was cleaning the kitchen, I noticed the tickets, all unscratched. Well I scratched them and I won $250. So I was happy as hell, cause money is always good. I called my father, and he told me that I have to split the money with my sister! Can you believe that?! I asked him why I had to share it with her, and he said because they told her that she was responsible for scratching the numbers, she obviously wasn't! I can't believe this. Why did I even tell my father? I should've just gone and claimed the damn prize.

I saw Hotel Rwanda today, yes I know that I'm late, and it was excellent. Don Cheadle and Sophie Okonedo were great in that movie, I wanted to see it again after it ended. I must admit that when I saw Ray, I wasn't that impressed, it was a good movie and Jamie Foxx did a good job, but he can't compare to Don Cheadle. Hopefully Don will get his one day.

PSA: Ladies, do NOT bring your kids to the nail salon, hair salon, or movies (unless it's specifically for kids)! Today I went to the nail salon, and this woman had her one year old son there. He was sleeping in his stroller when I arrived but then he woke up, CRYING. He cried for about 20 minutes, and it was the most annoying cry ever. She kept asking him what was wrong, and all he did was cry even louder. Then one of the workers told her that she needed to change his diaper. Now, I didn't smell it because I was in the back of the salon getting a pedicure, but when she walked by me that odor singed my nose hairs! She knew that he had a shitty diaper, but she was too concerned with getting her nails done. So after she changes his diaper, the kid is quiet, but he starts to explore the salon. He's climbing on chairs, climbing into the pedicure baths, and taking garbage out of the trash can and his mom is oblivious to it all. One of the workers, and old lady, had to watch the kid. She didn't even thank the woman for watching out for the child, I can't believe some people.

On a good note my head feels so much lighter, it had been sitting on the top of my head looking like a bird's nest. Touch-ups.....so refreshing.

R&B Singer Houston Gouges Eye Out After Apparent Suicide Attempt

After being thwarted in a suicide attempt in a London hotel room, R&B singer Houston reportedly gouged his own eye out.

According to sources close to the singer, on Thursday Houston attempted to jump out of a hotel window but was stopped by his security personnel. He was then locked in his hotel room, where he injured himself. There are currently no further details on the incident, although photographs of his injury are circulating online.

The Los Angeles native, born Houston Summers IV, was overseas for a series of performances when the incident occurred. He scored a hit last year with the Chingy and Nate Dogg-featured "I Like That" (see "Houston Scores Club Hit With Help From Chingy, Nate Dogg"), which was also featured in a McDonald's commercial. His debut album, It's Already Written, was certified gold a month after its release in August of last year.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with Houston during this tragic time," said a Capitol spokesperson.
