UI/UX, Product Strategy,
In response to Wink’s difficulties, we designed a specific mobile application that will be functional, beautiful, and easy to navigate. The onboarding process was divided into two interactive phases: the first one to attract the user’s attention and the second one for gathering measurements and payment data. Thanks to clickable elements, the minimum of general questions, and inviting visuals, we ensured it was a pleasure to use. Our design team developed an active and concise design solution set, which use Wink’s trademark elements such as logos and colors while considering legibility and usability. Screens were made high fidelity to maintain simplicity and avoid distracting the viewers from the clothes. To improve navigation, new linear elements were applied and the general design was refined to match the vision of Wink.
Custom Measurement Onboarding:
A comprehensive and fun onboarding process that will enable the collection of user measurements and preferences in the shortest time possible, but while at the same time looking elegant.
Digital Concierge Integration:
For additional services – a specific services division in the application for choice of fabric, and other individual requests for particular garments to make shopping even more enjoyable.
Intuitive UI/UX Design:
A fully responsive design which makes it look exquisite and is easy to navigate in contrast to many designs which may be sleek but difficult to use for either the technical or non-technical customer.
Responsive Design System:
Progress laden bars, call out boxes, and navigation controls were designed in harmony with Wink and its mark to be consistent.
We were able to avoid drastic changes to the brand’s color palette and fonts because of the need to keep things consistent and easy to read. Information-dense components were blended using concise forms; linear components were added to prevent the overloading of users with textual information, thus, the application corresponded to Wink’s exclusivity.
The brands work on luxury, thus, the content is always detailed as to explain the value they bear, but here the problem is that if the interface is overloaded with details, then some users will simply leave due to confusion.
The Impact:
