The Challenge

Lithko faced a two-fold problem:

    1. Proposals & Bids 
With thousands of employees contributing to proposals, bids, and presentations, consistency was nearly impossible. Over the years, staff had made one-off edits and customizations, resulting in fragmented messaging, inconsistent branding, and no central control. Proposals varied drastically from one office or team to another, undermining the strength of Lithko’s national presence.
    2. Digital Presence & Marketing 
Their corporate website was outdated and lacked clarity. It wasn’t aligned with modern design or competitor standards, and it failed to support key objectives:
      1. Recruit top talent in a difficult, post-COVID job market.
      2. Showcase Lithko’s strong local culture.
      3. Clearly communicate franchise details and their pre-construction, project execution, and safety protocols.
      4. Provide collateral that reflected their industry-leading status.
