Damn that was a fun vacation. Kinda wish I didn't have to come back, but I guess 7 days is enough for a break. No stress or annoyance or anything. I wasn't mean or an asshole to anyone for a week, and for me that is saying something. Thankfully not only did I have all of my bills taken care of before I left, but I actually underestimated how much I had in my account which was good because I needed to renew my anti virus and inter net security software. Now all I have to take care of before work tomorrow is some food shopping and a dentist appointment.

Man oh man, a crowd of complete loser douchebags just rolled into the club and not sirprisingly, all the women rolled out the other side and left. Now it's a giant sausage fesitval and we are all screwed. Guess I'll go write a rap song.

1.A person who thinks that they are just too cool for anyone else. They are pompous assholes and usually don't know what they are talking about. They hang out with other douche bags that act the same way.

I love Espada #2 Barragan Luisenbarn's fraccion, especially Charlotte Cuuhlhourne. I don't know if it is because of his narcissistic nature, or the fact that he is totally in drag in his released form. It is one thing to read about his fight with Yumichika Ayasegawa in the manga, but to see it in anime format is just too damn hilarious.

So to start it off, I decided to give myself a little trim for the first time in over a year. Not all off, just a couple inches, besides I needed to get rid of some of my hair which was over processed. I figure that I can get another touch up in 90 days or 3 months, just in time for me to have completed my p90x workout system and it will also be gay pride around here close to that time (July 25th I believe). I plan to be able to walk out during that time with my shirt off and not be self conscious (even though people tell me I don't need to be even now). They say vanity is a sin, but it can also be an awesome motivator. I also shaved off the month long beard (or attempt at one) that I was growing before. I figure I'll let it grow for 3 months this time (but at the rate that thing grows you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between 1 month or 3).

So I figure

When my workout system arrives, I should consume 1.5 grams of protein per 1 lb of body weight a day. At the moment that comes to 237 grams of protein a day. The problem is that I can't do protein shakes. I have tried different kinds, but with and without whey and they still make me throw up each and every time. I mean with the exception of drinking too much (or food poisoning), it is the only thing that seems to be able to do that to me. I wonder if apart from protein bars if there is another solution to consume the amount of protein a day that I am looking for.

Things I should pick up next weekend.

Premier Nutrition Protein bar. Apparently they have them at Sams Club. 15 bars for $15. Three different flavors, 30 grams of protein, 8-10 grams of sugar. I should probably throw out the remaining bacon in the fridge and stock up on fish and chicken along with beans.

The Vermont House passed the same-sex marriage bill 95-52, but without enough support to override possible the veto. Oh and I've fallen in-love again with Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars. Part one was last night, and part two in in about 30mins. The last time I saw it was when I was living on Brinkerhoff. Damn those were easier times, or at least more fun. I guess that is the advantage of being younger and the disadvntage of getting older, even if it was 5 years ago.
