Joohn Choe

Debater, editor, copywriter and technical evangelist and the inventor of Dialectica's patented debate flow interface and data model. Joohn has over 15 years of experience in working on problems of content and communicative context with specific focus on video games and behavioral economics, game-based technical education and debate

Jennifer Georgevich

User experience designer, internationally award-winning debater, and Cognitive Science graduate from the University of California at Berkeley. Jennifer is experienced in human subjects research and has contributed design work to multiple startups.

Jason Venner

Vice President and Chief Architect at Mirantis, Jason serves as Dialectica's architect and chief technical officer, tasked with stack design, management and implementation strategy for our validated, patented IP portfolio. Jason's experience in high-performance, high-reliability business critical systems includes field-leading work in Hadoop, cloud architecture, big data, search, automation, highly available systems, high-velocity-data flows, infrastructure-as-code and OpenStack.

Oswald Campesato

Oswald is an education junkie: a former PhD Candidate in Mathematics (ABD), with 4 Master's and 2 Bachelor's degrees. In a previous career he worked in South America, Italy, and the French Riviera, which enabled him to travel to 70 countries throughout the world. He has worked in American and Japanese corporations and start-ups, as C/C++ and Java developer to CTO. He's comfortable in four languages and aspires to become proficient in Japanese some time in the next two decades.

Richard "Doc" Moorhouse

Dialectica's co-founder, Richard is a medical platoon squad leader with the United States Army Reserve and deployed to the Korengal Valley, Afghanistan in 2007 as a combat medic in support of OEF VIII with Battle Company, 1st Platoon, 2/503, 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team. As head of Dialectica's Bureau of Keepin' It Real, Doc provides valuable outside perspective to Dialectica's on-going dialectical corporate decision-making process.

John Campos

Dialectica's co-founder. John is a US Army combat veteran and a veteran of two tours in Iraq. John has a track record as a highly successful seed funder and is Dialectica's corporate treasurer.

Amarit Ubhi

The Community Content Manager, Amarit is an award winning policy debater. She is a content specialist in Dialectica's first target market who solicits and provides user feedback on each product iteration.
