The Division of Facilities Management is part of the Office of Management and Budget and consists of approximately 100 employees – full time, casual/seasonal and temporary. The Division of Facilities Management is a dedicated team of Project Managers, Custodians, Maintenance Personnel, Engineers, Administrative Staff, Environmental Professionals, Real Estate Personnel, Accessibility Specialists, and the Director’s Office. Together, we strive to provide exceptional services to state facilities from New Castle to Sussex County.
