About our project

DF11 Faces was founded in the Netherlands in October 2010. What started as a small initiative has steadily grown into one of the most popular facepacks in the Football Manager community.

Original goal
The original goal was to improve the visual game experience of the Football Manager game by adding large-sized realistic portraits of players and staff, which was less common at the time. Thanks to the dedication of many volunteers and the support of the FM community, DF11 Faces has since developed into an indispensable part of many Football Manager fans worldwide.

Authenticity
Since 2010, we have strived for realistic and consistent fan-art player portraits using a specific style: vertical photos with a resolution of 260x310 pixels. The style, developed from a love for old-school Panini stickers, makes the DF11 faces unique and recognizable.
