✨ About the Project: Yuna – Your Gentle Productivity Companion

💡 Inspiration

We created Yuna because we were tired of productivity apps that felt cold, rigid, or overwhelming. As creative minds, we often struggled to finish projects—not because we lacked ideas, but because we lacked structure that felt good. We wanted to build something softer. Kinder. More human.

The inspiration came from a question we kept asking ourselves:

"What if getting things done didn’t have to feel so hard?"

From that question, Yuna was born — a gentle productivity companion designed to help you turn your ideas into action with calm support and encouraging nudges.

⚒️ How We Built It

Framework: Built with Bolt.new — a full-stack React/Next.js platform
Auth & DB: Used Supabase for user authentication and storing task data/preferences
Voice AI: Integrated ElevenLabs’ Conversational AI SDK to let users Ask Yuna for help and receive natural-sounding responses
Text-to-Speech: Used ElevenLabs for voice responses with personality and future-ready multilingual support (currently in English)
Deployment: Frontend deployed to Netlify as a web app accessible on desktop and mobile browsers
Design: Minimal, soft UI designed to reduce overwhelm and encourage progress

🗣 Voice AI Challenge Entry – Ask Yuna

We’re also proud to be participating in the ElevenLabs Voice AI Challenge.

We used the ElevenLabs React SDK to give Yuna a real voice — one that guides users through tasks, offers encouragement, and responds to spoken questions in real time.
This voice layer adds warmth, humanity, and accessibility to the app, turning what could be just another checklist into a conversational experience.

Yuna doesn’t just tell you what to do — she talks with you.
