Inspiration

We found that there's a problem for buyers in the housing market. There's a vast amount of information but it's all so disorganized. That's where WUBU comes in.

What it does

WUBU takes your preferences for property and gives you a nice, easy-to-digest report of the location and listings in the location. WUBU will give you an average housing cost for your preferences, it will also give you a walk score, safety score, education score, and average income in the area. The site will also generate revenue through sponsorship with Zillow or other similar real estate sites.

What's next for WUBU

Although it wasn't feasible in a single weekend, we would like to add ML to predict how the housing prices will behave, as well as notify users when the prices have or are estimated to drop.
