Inspiration

Both me and my friend, Vishnu, have found distance learning increasingly frustrating. We have created this app to help people who feel the same way.

What it does

It can detect text and summarize it for you.

How we built it

We used optical character recognition AI to build it, and we use a pod to summarize the text.

Challenges we ran into

It took some time for the OCR (optical character recognition) to work, and the pod we used had very specific characters it allowed to summarize the text.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to successfully add the OCR, and we are proud of this app in general.

What we learned

We learned a lot more about AI than we thought we would, and OCR is an interesting topic by itself.

What's next for Work Way

We would like to add image recognition which could sort your images by subject.
