Inspiration
We were inspired by Frostpunk, a frozen waste management simulator and the movie Snowpiercer
What it does
It is a game intended to bring enjoyment and also develop critical thinking through the choices the player has to make.
How we built it
We made it in Godot, with art done in Aseprite.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into issues sharing our work with Git.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
A well-built game that can go onto our resumes and showcase our developing skills.
What we learned
We learned how to better manage Git, increase proficiency with Godot, and improve our ability to adapt and work with others.
What's next for Winter Express
Expand and polish our initial framework and apply that to other fields such as teaching, continued critical development, and management skills.
