The inspiration actually came as a spinoff from a class project in which we analyzed twitter trends around the country.
This app allows you to search for a twitter handle on the web app and get advice back on whether the person you are searching for is generally positive or negative in nature. This is done by using a tweet sentiment analyzer in which the words of a tweet are compared to a list of words which have been rated a number to the degree of how positive or negative the word is.
The app returns to you a '+' or a '-' along with some short advice on whether you should befriend this person.
