Inspiration

Project administrators are constantly adding new users and assigning them roles. This can consume too much time instead on focusing more important work. That's why I have created this app to allow project admins to add multiple users and groups, to multiple project roles in multiple projects

What it does

This application allows project administrators to add multiple users and groups, to multiple roles to multiple projects, having the ability to export to CSV and also to add multiple rows for better focus.

How we built it

I've build this app using Forge and UI Kit. I wasn't using a resolved, rather everything was included in a single jsx file handling all API requests.

Challenges we ran into

Biggest challenges was handling the users without involving the system users. It took time, eventually, I was able to solve this issue.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I was able to save time for project admins for about 30% on adding large portions of users.

What we learned

I've learned how to handle system users and also to change the template of the application so only project administrators are able to access the app. Jira admins also count.

What's next for User Assistant

User Assistant is in plan to be released to Marketplace, before that I am looking for testers and feature recommendations.
