Inspiration

As a current student researcher the lack of good research search engines focused on specific info with publication information.

What it does

Allows users to find research going on in the computer science department of the university of Rochester.

How we built it

I built it using Rust and the Bevy game engine.

Challenges we ran into

Rust is a challenging language with a tough compiler and I needed to learn Bevy as well as dealing with JSON problems.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of my rust based development and I am proud of growing my knowledge as well as building a very usable too for students interested in research.

What we learned

We learned more about rust and bevy as well as what research the u of r cs program has to offer.
