Upcycled Chair

-- We wanted to come up with a solution to water bottle waste.

-- It is a fully functioning, stylish chair.

-- We used 40 2 liter bottles and 176 water bottles completely recycled from this event itself (2L recycled previously). to adhere the bottles together, we used 135 yards of duct tape and 8 yards of fabric.

-- Bottles squished more than we had taken into account. The entire chair was sewn by hand which took more time than originally planned.

-- It is stylish, comfortable, and sturdy.

-- Never hand sew.

-- Buy a sewing machine at which time we plan to market our product as a green alternative to current disposal methods.
