Problem Statement: University campuses rely on fragmented Web2 systems, meal plans, door access, event tickets, and payments all operate in silos. Traditional systems involve third-party fees, security vulnerabilities, and limited interoperability.

UniCrypt is our solution, a blockchain-powered ecosystem that integrates directly with students' ID card, unifying campus transactions under a decentralized Web3 framework.

How It Works: Our Ethereum-based Solidity contract allows students to store campus crypto, event tickets, and access keys on-chain. Students' OneCard IDs are linked to their blockchain wallets, enabling seamless authentication for payments, door access, and attendance tracking. A user-friendly app, built using React Native, allows students to manage their blockchain assets, make crypto payments, and verify event tickets. We also built an IoT Verification Circuit, a physical device that authenticates blockchain assets for door access, event entry, and automated attendance logging.

Key Features: – Optimized Solidity contracts minimize ETH transaction fees. – Students can use their OneCard as a blockchain-linked ID for secure campus access. – Eliminates the need for centralized payment processors and manual attendance tracking. – Smart circuits validate blockchain ownership for physical access control. – No reliance on banks; students can use crypto for microtransactions without extra fees.

Future Scope: DAO-based governance for student organizations. NFT-based credentials and certifications. Integration with DeFi platforms for student financial services.
