Inspiration

We noticed that there was a lack of awareness amongst the population about what it means to be hacked and how to prevent it. Our website gives its users the ability to see into the eyes of the hacker and learn what they want, in order to safeguard this information.

What it does

Our website is designed for us to to educate you with the necessary precautions in order to prevent and take the proper measures in case you are ever hacked. This source of education include the different types of breaches, what breachers want to receive, and steps to take after you potentially get hacked.

How did you build it?

We built this website using Weebly.

Challenges we ran into

One of the few challenges that our group faced was that we had trouble with creating the idea at first, but then we realized that there was a glaringly obvious problem in our society when it came to the lack of education about being breached, and the idea for a website was created.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the fact that we have the ability to educate and warn a large populace on the dangers of data breaching or privacy invasion. We are also proud of our website that will inform many people on the general idea of digital privacy and educate them with the necessary information to stay safe digitally.

What we learned

We learned the necessary information about data breaching. This type of information included how to prevent it, what hackers look for, and the steps to take after someone gets potentially breached.

What's next for UnHack

We may provide services in the future to solve the issues with hacked devices and educate more people around the world about this topic. The general populace needs to know major issues with digital privacy such as types of breaching or other types of privacy invasion.
