OPERATIONS FLOW
ULOR will initially start with the local market in mind (Nigeria). The sales team will understand the pulse of the local government and the nature of the demand and strategize their sales approach. The local market will be done through personal networks, natural markets and will be carried out in a controlled environment. The phase will equip the team with the operational and management experience to go to the next phase.
The next phase will see ULOR take on the African continent position. This will be achieved through internet marketing, cold calls and distributed offices. This comes as a natural progression from the earlier phase to rationalize the risk capacity of the venture.
Once ULOR gets the African position in the top range, it will look to take advantage of the global demand by having cross national offices; physically and virtually. This will enable ULOR to be a global brand and also a market leader.
The progression in ULOR can be achieved through high quality deliverables and repeat clients or client referrals.
REVENUE / PROFIT GENERATION FLOW
Everything starts with the underlying real estate projects that come unto our platform. They are revenue drivers that power the ULOR platform as a business. Revenues from the Real Estate projects get driven into our platform in the form of fees we take from various services we perform for the project owners. This can come in the form of issuance fees, transaction fees, consultation fees, fundraising fees etc. A portion of ULOR corporate profits will be put into the profit sharing pool which gets distributed to the stakers of ULOR tokens. ULOR plans to reinvest the remaining percent of profits into the business to create additional profits for ULOR token stakers. A governance vote will take place every 6 months to determine the amount of profits that will go into the staking pool.
