Inspiration
When you are at a coffee shop and you want to do the crossword puzzle while sipping on your coffee, but you don't to write in the public newspaper provided by the coffee shop. Also when you are stuck on one of the clues and want to know the answer.
What it does
Converts the crossword puzzle and clues into an interactive application on the phone. User can choose which clue they wish to have help on, and a possible solution is generated for that clue.
How we built it
Using open CV, Intellij, and Android Studio
Challenges we ran into
Trying to combine the Android app, the crossword image recognition, and the clue solving functionality.
