We wanted to design the app for the students where tutoring can be easily accessible and reliable.
It solves the problem of students not getting enough academic help due to the high demand and low amount of TAs and professors. Therefore, finding other students that may have have expertise about the subject offers an alternate way to learn. This also offers a new way for students to make money and be rewarded for their teaching efforts.
The challenges we faced was learning about how to implement smart contracts and test. Another challenge was deploying the contract then integrating the frontend to it. We learned a lot about how blockchain and smart contracts works and got a better understanding on the development side of it.
