Inspiration-

Gear up and be ready for a weekend full of adventurous hunting for treasures in your backyard, the theme of Aye Aye Hackers inspired us to develop a tool to search for hidden treasure chests and antique coins in our locality.

What it does

It is based on faraday's law of inductance. Using the LR circuit it can detect hidden treasure, metals and some antique stuff hidden deep inside the earth.

How we built it

This metal detector circuit is designed using a arduino uno board or equivalent, search coil, buzzer, 1N4148 diode and few other electronic components like resistor capacitor etc. We are working currently **Software: **The software code of Metal detector circuit using arduino is written in arduino programming language and compiled using arduino IDE.

Challenges we ran into

The most difficult stuff that we faced during development was incorporating datastax database to store readings and corresponding GPS locations so that it can be used by other hackers while having their treasure hunt or for archeological research work.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are really proud that we were able to built this fully fledge Treasure Hunting Device which was inspired by AYE AYE Hackers theme.
