Inspiration

My mother has been a nurse for 40+ years and said the biggest issue is efficient communication about patients between nurses.

What it does

Traveling healthcare professionals should use the web application to easily and securely access patient information.

How we built it

We started off with a native Android application with a Firebase database, but switched to a responsive website using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS.

Challenges we ran into

None of us had Android experience before. Various background-knowledge made a fun learning experience, but pair programming slowed us down

Accomplishments that we're proud of

One university senior with a high-school junior, college freshman and college sophomore collaborated to make a fun product.

What we learned

The younger ones (and old one) learned a lot about Github, Frameworks, Libraries, Java in real life applications, time-management, and effective communication
