🎯 Challenges we ran into
- This is our first time creating creating a full-stack application with this stack so that came with a few challenges, especially in connecting react.js front-end to node.js back-end
- we were also a little new to managing branches on git
- Hosting: we had a hard time finding good hosting websites to host our mySQL database
💪 Accomplishments that we're proud of
- As novice hackers, we are proud to have created a functioning full-stack app within 48 hours.
- We used git for version control in our development lifecycle
📖 What we learned
- GET and POST requests
- Creating a database with MySQL
- Hosting a full-stack app on Heroku
