Trashed Tickets

Inspiration

Agents have to search the deleted tickets and they need to restore them, they cant restore the deleted tickets of contact within the ticket.

What it does

The app will list all the deleted tickets of the requester in the ticket sidebar, where the agents can also restore the ticket from the same modal. The agents can also view the restored ticket.

How we built it

The app is build using the FDK.

By default agents can filter the deleted tickets by status,. but they cannot filter by contacts, this app does
