Inspiration
We were thinking about how we could improv public transit and how many use buses more than other forms of public transportation, so we wanted to make a more efficient for the user.
What it does
It takes in the user's location (latitude and longitude) and their desired destination. It then gives said user a multitude of routes and different buses/trains they can take to get to their destination promptly.
How I built it
We used data from the API and html and CSS to create a map of the rail lines and bus stops for the user's convenience and overlaid the itinerary on top of the map.
Challenges I ran into
The challenges we ran into were actually working with the API and we had a couple of bugs.

What's next for Tranquil Travels
Make it account for time and automatically detect the users location or get latitude and longitude from an inputted address.
