Inspiration

Many of the members in our team participated in SYPT this year (and some last year as well). We noticed an inherent issue with the Autotracker Tracker application used in mainstream schools today to analyse physics videos.

What it does

Its like Tracker but more customisable and with better GUI (if we had more time)

How we built it

Kotlin is the language used to glue everything together because Java is too verbose. JavaCV (OpenCV for Java) is used for computer vision and JavaFX is used for GUI.

The backend was finished at least. GUI was completed.

What we learned

JavaFX is hard. We should have started on front-end first.

What's next for Tracker v2.0

Continue development and complete by SYPT 2023 so my juniors don't have to suffer. JavaFX is kinda of cancer so probably will switch GUI to Compose Multiplaform in the future since its stable now.
