Inspiration
New technology in drones is making it possible for civilians, emergency response personnel, and military forces to work together to fight disasters and help save lives. From surveying and mapping disasters to inspections and insurance, there is no doubt that drones will play a huge role in the future of emergency response. In this blog post, we examine how drones are helping disaster relief efforts.
What it does
Track disaster will help to locate the number of people that is left out in various kind of disaster like earthquake, flood and all
People can also request for help and chat with a voiceflow bot. So a drone images will be taken that can locate these people
How we built it
We basically used a Tello drone and found a way to get the images it captures feed it into firebases storage then with help of model we trained we can detect if people are stranded and how much damage has occuered..
Challenges we ran into
Moving Images captured by the drone to firebase storage was a hastle
