Inspiration
We decided to make a predictive machine learning program that anyone could use when they are betting on esports matches.
What it does
It predicts the outcome between two teams of five put head to head against each other and also pulls up stats.
How we built it
Mwape helped make the mock-up and design style for the project's final look even making a playable version of the mock-up linked down below.
Challenges we ran into
Mwape had trouble deciphering what was being said and had to ask what things meant not having much programming experience.
Accomplishments that we are proud of
The group as a whole are proud of getting something done and having something to submit.
What we learned
The group learned the grueling reality that machine learning can run into tons of problems and is a long endeavor.
What's next for TL-Hacks-ML
We can improve our model by adding more features, training data and try more complicated models to improve accuracy!
