Inspiration

For many, property ownership is a ticket to long term wealth creation. Home equity for example is an asset building way to increase net worth. This data is always relevant.

What it does

It takes the data from the HDMA csv and examines the correlation between race and types of loans.

How we built it

We imported the HDMA csv into Jupyter and then played around with the columns we thought were relevant.

Challenges we ran into

Working with Jupyter, we encountered a lot of errors.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are brand new to DS so we are proud that we were able to clean data via Jupyter and navigate it.

What we learned

How to clean data using Jupyter and how much information can be discovered through analyzing data.
