InspirationIt started with one question: “Why do good ideas die because nobody builds them fast?”

We noticed that in our campus and community, many people had powerful solutions in mind, but never got the chance to turn them into reality. Some lacked time, some lacked a team, and some simply didn’t know where to begin.

That’s when Tiger Haccs 1.0 was born.

Just like a tiger focuses on its target, our aim was simple — pick one real problem, build a working solution in minimum time, and show how technology can make a visible change. We began by brainstorming everyday issues: delays, inefficiencies, communication gaps, and wasted resources. After identifying the core challenge, we broke it down into small achievable tasks.

We faced multiple hurdles — limited time, different ideas, and technical challenges — but we stayed committed. We divided our roles, researched quickly, tested multiple approaches, and built step-by-step. Every setback made us sharper. Every idea that didn’t work led us to a better one.

In the end, we built a prototype that works, solves a real problem, and can be improved further after the hackathon.
