Inspiration
Creating a disaster management app is a noble and impactful endeavor. Such an app could help individuals, communities, and organizations effectively respond to and recover from various disasters.
What it does
The basic idea of the web application we made is to ensure that users will be able to get notifications at the time of any calamity like earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes by receiving alerts from anyone who gets to know about the calamity quickly through images posted online or any common text broadcasts. Once the user is informed of the calamity, they can follow the emergency steps to be taken during the time of the calamity.
