Inspiration: As a kid we have been running to vending machines to get our snacks. It was something exciting. Our childhood brought us to this idea to have a solution with a similar concept.

What it does: The project allows one to have FREE food but it does require an individual to be eligible. For that purpose, this machine would use an ID card. In order to get verified one may apply via the given form or within the services provided by the government

How we built it: collect food from donation, people who registered for the card and were verified as in need for food, will type in there ID number and select hot meals or groceries

Challenges we ran into: We didn't have time to build a database to store doner's information and ID to collect food. We used different languages like Java HTML to build our project.

We learned various things as in general we enhanced our interpersonal skills. It includes shaping our leadership skills along with collaboration skills.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: have a website, a new solution

What we learned: code website, food insecurity in canada
