What it does

Telehelp is a free service that lets people from a risk group call our phone number to get connected with local volunteers who want to help with everyday tasks, such as getting groceries.

Focusing on accessibility

Our solution focuses on bridging the digital divide, to allow anyone with a standard phone to reach out and get help with daily tasks, such as buying groceries and picking up medicine at the pharmacy, while self-isolating. Additionally, we're doing our best to keep the solution as streamlined and simplified as possible by following the KISS rule!

What's next for Telehelp - Bridge The Digital Divide

After winning Hack The Crisis Sweden, our plan is to scale the service up with real users here in Sweden. The service is actively getting polished and promoted in different ways. We hope we can indirectly save a lot of lives through this fully automated solution.
