Team 10 - Proxi

Proxi is an enhanced proximity solution made for festival-goers, concert attendees, and college students who are navigating crowded and chaotic environments, such as campus events and parties. Unlike inefficient GPS-based apps like FindMy, Proxi combines a wearable, customizable badge with accurate close-distance detection (within 20cm), unlimited friend pairings, and elevation sensing, paired with an app for social connections, location history, and real-time directional guidance. No network is required. Users no longer waste time circling venues or sending "Where are you?" texts; instead, they get real-time, offline guidance to meet instantly. By solving a common pain point in social gatherings, Proxi enhances connection, reduces stress, and keeps the fun flowing.
