Our project seeks foremost to address the increasingly pertinent issue of burnout faced by many university students. In addressing this general problem, we specifically aim to optimize student's daily and weekly schedules in a way such that the selected schedule will allow users to expend their time and efforts in the most efficient way. Optimizing the schedules of these students will aid students in understanding how much time they should allot to various tasks with more certainty. While we are currently aiming to solve this issue of optimal task scheduling for college students, similar architectures may indeed be implemented and employed in the future for other non-university-aged individuals, such as young working professionals, who also may struggle with determining how best to allocate their time.
