What is Junior Development Program?

Junior Development Program is a UBC Commerce Undergraduate Society (CUS) club that prepares you to compete at Jeux du Commerce West, one of the largest business case competitions in Western Canada. Students from top business schools come together and compete in a variety of categories such as academics, athletics, and debates. The competition aims to foster networking, and teamwork, providing students with real-world business challenges and opportunities to showcase their skills in strategy, problem-solving, and leadership.

Accomplishments:

• Awarded 1st Place from 80 participants in the junior program for Western Canada's Largest Case Competition
• Composed a full mobile mockup for Nike by analyzing consumer behaviours, completing customer profiles and targeting customer satisfaction
• Performed project management to meet program milestones, such as completing 5+ cases within 16 weeks
