This is an Ideathon Submission

I was inspired to come up with this design due to the legitimate problem it deals with - A lack of awareness about common symptoms of diseases. Millions of people die each year due to this, yet there isn't a viable product on the market for teaching people about symptoms. SymptoAware has the potential to save millions of lives.

As an Ideathon submission, this project didn't involve programming/code and I didn't actually create the app. However, I designed the layout in Canva, which allowed me to create the design for a future product. It was presented in google slides through screencastify.

One of the primary challenges I faced was that I was competing individually, as it meant that I had to do a lot more work than usual. I also ran into some technical issues with video uploading, due to my lack of experience with hackathons(this is my first one). I'm still proud of my finished product, as I spent a lot of time and effort this weekend on it, and I believe it turned out quite well. I've learned a lot over the course of this project, primarily in design technologies, and I hope to use these newly-gained skills in other future projects.

I'm planning on developing the actual app for SymptoAware now, as I wasn't able to do so during this hackathon due to time constraints and me competing individually.
