Sustain4Life

Inspiration

We became inspired after attending some of the sustainability themed workshops that raised the question as to how we can reduce our consumption resources for the future.

What it does

This app would aid in instilling a more sustainable friendly mindset in our community. It allows use to input day to day usage of resources to calculate carbon footprint and determine among your community, who is the most sustainable.

How we built it

We built the software with Python and Tkinter, a Python GUI framework.

Challenges we ran into

We had issues connection our pages since we worked in individual files, so everything is separate right now. We also had issues with some of our images and time constraints.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Being able to learn how to utilize Tkinter at a beginner level.
