Inspiration

With diverse backgrounds in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, and AI, our team wanted to build a solution that leverages ML and financial analytics to provide meaningful insights. We aimed to create a user-friendly, AI-powered financial wellness companion that helps individuals make smarter financial decisions while ensuring accessibility through a seamless digital experience.

What it does

SunFi is an AI-driven financial wellness companion that assists users in managing their finances, understanding complex financial products, and making informed financial decisions. It provides: ✅ Personalized financial insights based on user spending habits. ✅ Automated budget recommendations to promote better financial health. ✅ Predictive analytics to forecast future expenses and savings. ✅ Secure data management for safe financial planning.

How we built it

For the backend, we used Python, and Javascript to process and store financial data securely. For the AI models, we integrated Gemini AI to provide personalized insights. For the frontend, we used Html and CSS to create an intuitive user interface with the help of BootStrap.

Challenges we ran into

⚠️ Data privacy and security concerns, while coming up with a financial bot that has access to private information. ⚠️ Training AI mod els on limited datasets required creative solutions to improve accuracy. ⚠️ Git pulling and pushing with our team of 4.

Accomplishments that we're proud of
