Inspiration

Being a university student, I have met and interacted with my peers. Most of them, being domestic students, have taken student loans in order to complete their education. I also know that most of them use Discord. Thus we decided to create a discord bot.

What it does

It is a discord bot that when given a calculate command, will ask for data and will calculate the student loan

How we built it

We used language python3 and repl.it to integrate it with discord and code on the cloud computing software

Challenges we ran into

We kept facing either a loginerror or a runtime error which I finally managed to fix

Accomplishments that we're proud of

we fixed the error and coded the bot in a few hours

What we learned

We learned how to integrate python into a discord bot which I did not know how to do

What's next for Student_Loan_Calculator

The next step would be to integrate it with university financial pages and also turn it into a website as well
